What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, inspire, and supervise a skilled team of Learning Support Assistants
* Build personalised support programmes and robust EHCP implementation
* Forge close partnerships with families, external agencies, and school leadership
* Monitor and track the progress of students with SEMH, ASC, and additional needs
* Drive high standards of differentiation and adaptive teaching across all subjects
* Advise and train colleagues to further embed inclusive, evidence-based practice
