We require a creative and adaptable Health Visitor to join our team to contribute to a multi-disciplinary, integrated team, that we believe will make real differences to improving the quality of children's lives. We are striving to change the balance of care and work with families to enable them to thrive and not just survive. Through a whole system approach that encourages ‘thinking differently and doing differently' we are working together to make North Ayrshire the best place to grow up.
North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership Children & Families welcomes applications from highly motivated, qualified health visitors. This post will be based in Kilwinning Academy.
You will work in partnership with families and colleagues in NHS and partner services to enable children have the best possible start in life. The service supports learning and development and as such provides team members with continual learning and development opportunities in line with changing legislation, policy and practice in Children Services.

The post is 29.6 hours per week
