Location: London Bridge Hospital, London
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Sunday, Shifts between 6.30AM and 9.30PM with weekends on rotation
£27,222 per annum + Benefits (pension, private health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our Concierge Team at London Bridge Hospital. This role will play an important role in understanding the needs of all visitors to this site by providing relevant information at all times to always ensure that all visitors experience an exemplary service and successful journey.

What you'll do:
1. Meet and greet all patients, visitors and consultants into the building, directing them to correct areas
2. Dealing with telephone calls
3. Covering for reception when necessary
4. Handling car parking duties, including managing visitors, patients, deliveries, spaces
5. Managing the ins/outs of the car parking
6. Conducting security patrols across office buildings
7. Responding to fire and intruder alarm activations
8. Managing sites entry
9. Reporting maintenance issues and escalating incidents appropriately
What you'll bring:
10. Previous Concierge experience, ideally within a 5* setting
11. Previous corporate security experience is an advantage
12. Valid SIA Licence Security Guarding (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS ) is an advantage
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Excellent Customer Service skills
15. Good IT Skills
