Description
As a Residential Conveyancer your duties will include:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Provide advice to clients on property-related matters.
* Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

A successful Residential Conveyancer should have
