You will inherit a varied portfolio of brands, each with their own challenges and ambitions. You will work closely with in-house creatives to bring campaigns to life, then dive into the data to spot what is working and what needs to change. Your goal will be simple: make sure every pound spent on paid media drives meaningful results.
The Skills That Make You Right For This
You know paid media inside out. Whether it is Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Display or Programmatic, you understand how to get the most from each platform. You are confident using Google Analytics and DataStudio to pull out insights that others miss.
You are also comfortable with clients. You can explain complex concepts in a clear, simple way. You are the kind of person a client trusts to be honest, practical and commercially focused. Most of all, you can step back and think strategically about how paid media fits into the bigger picture.
What You Will Get In Return
* Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on your experience
