Executive Assistant to CEO & Board

Were working with a well-established, purpose-led organisation with a national presence, looking to appoint a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
This is a key role within the business, offering real exposure at senior level and the opportunity to be at the heart of decision-making and organisational operations.
The Role
You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of senior leadership activity across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full EA support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management
* Acting as secretariat to the Board, including preparation of agendas, board packs and taking accurate minutes
* Coordinating meetings, travel, events and logistics
* Managing communication with senior stakeholders internally and externally
* Supporting governance processes and documentation
* Assisting with HR administration, onboarding and confidential records
* Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of office and administrative functions
