Aim of the Gardener
To learn how to maintain the hotel gardens, kitchen garden, nursery, grounds and golf course to the highest possible condition, working amongst a team of gardeners.
Gardener – About you
* Experience in hard landscaping construction including fencing and paving
* Experience in high end garden maintenance
* Experience using a range of gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Hold a Pa1 and Pa6 qualifications desirable
* A good understanding of plant care, pruning, and garden presentation to a consistently high standard
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* A full UK driving licence is essential

* Passionate about gardens, landscaping and the natural environment, with a strong eye for detail and design
* You understand the importance of presentation within a luxury hospitality environment and consistently work to the highest standards
* Reliable, positive and hardworking, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team
