This role will lead the Softcat Studio and will be responsible for bringing the vision of the brand to life, supporting the creative needs of the business and creating compelling campaigns for our sales teams to go to market with. You will be a mid to senior weight graphic designer looking for a challenge and will be responsible for managing all elements of the studio function including a team of 7. You must be highly creative with a good attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced energetic environment. As Studio Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Working alongside the Marketing team to respond to creative briefs either in support of the Softcat brand and our internal stakeholders or our go to market sales efforts often including our partners brands.
* Ownership of the brand execution and consistency.
* Managing workflow into the team and ensuring SLAs are met and right insource/outsource decisions are made.
* Creating graphics for a wide range of initiatives from email, digital banners, web landing pages, brochures, and social media platforms.
* Provide support and guidance when working with 3rd party agencies ensuring they work in accordance with our strategy and brand.
* Track and report and report studio performance in terms of equivalent agency value delivered to business.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including our studio team, agencies, vendors, sales and other departments within the company.
* Managing the day to day running of the studio including developing and managing the team.
You will ideally have +5 years experience and a strong portfolio across both digital and graphic design
* You will have experience working with the Adobe Creative suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
* Experience managing a team essential
* Significant experience working with a Project Management tool ( Asana, Wrike)
* You will be an excellent communicator able to engage at all levels with an organisation
