Job Title: Hive Library Team Leader Salary: £15,458 to £16,769 per annum 20 Hours per Week Location: The Hive Team: Libraries Permanent Contract The Role: The Hive is seeking a Library Team Leader to support the delivery of high‑quality literacy, reading and learning services within a busy, community‑focused environment. In this role, you will lead and supervise staff, set clear expectations, and support high performance across the customer services team. Working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, you will help deliver a wide range of services that promote learning, engagement and wider community participation. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of information resources, a positive and proactive approach to customer service, and the confidence to work effectively with all customers, including children and young people. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team, promote a clear sense of purpose, and foster a constructive, forward‑looking working culture.
