JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Up to circa GBP 45k (DOE)
OVERVIEW:
- You will have at least 12 months experience in dealing with the broad remit of residential conveyancing
- The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Caseload will include all types of residential property transactions including transfer of equity, re:mortgages, sales and purchases and property transfers.
- Open to hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are seeking a new challenge within their career and have proven experience of managing their own caseload of matters.
- Possibility of travelling between the firm's offices as and when required.
- Salary up to circa GBP 45k dependent on experience.
