Your Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and implement technical assurance activities
* Support the development of certification protocols, audit processes, and membership structures.
* Produce technical materials including guidance documents and training resources.
* Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, and wider stakeholders to uphold assurance standards.
* Lead technical projects to improve system efficiency, scalability, and impact.
* Represent the business at external meetings, audits, and industry events.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Solid knowledge and/or experience working with assurance or certification schemes within food or fresh produce
* A good understanding of environmental sustainability in farming and food supply chains.
* Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Data literacy – comfortable working with databases and technical information.
* A problem-solving mindset – solutions-focused and adaptable.
* Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the confidence to work independently.
