The Role: You will oversee the firm's financial operations in line with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, ensuring accurate and compliant management of all ledgers and accounts procedures. The current Accounts Manager is retiring after 25 years, and you will benefit from a 6-12 month handover period, working closely together to understand the firm's systems and processes. This is a fully office-based role with strong visibility and involvement in the running of the firm. Why This Role?
