Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a skilled and proactive Contracts Manager / Legal Contracts Specialist to join our customer for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial contracts experience, including non-qualified or foreign-qualified professionals, to work remotely with a US-based legal team and UK office.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, international environments and are confident managing a wide variety of contracts and legal processes.
Requirements
* Experience in consumer electronics
* Exposure to global contract environments and privacy regulations
* Strong commercial contracts knowledge, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating
* Experience working in-house, ideally within a global company
* Familiarity with US contracts (approx. 80% of workload)
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing both legal and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Review, redline, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts, including wholesale, merchant, vendor, retail, sponsorship, SaaS, and marketplace agreements
* Draft legal advice and update contract templates
* Create and maintain a contract tracking system
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales and Legal teams
* Advise on privacy-related issues and ensure compliance with internal policies
