Field Service Engineer
Location: Peterborough, England, United Kingdom
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 4:00pm
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 starting salary

Company: A manufacturer of forklift trucks. The Field Service Engineer role is within a team of engineers responsible for planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on forklifts in and around Peterborough. No extended travel is required. Excellent OTE available through overtime and commission.
Role overview: The Field Service Engineer will carry out maintenance and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service basis; provide reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area; complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment; spares are placed in the van overnight.
Person requirements: Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment; automotive technicians/motor trade are also suitable. Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject. IT literate.

Qualifications
