What do you need?
* Proven leadership experience in a culinary or business environment.
* Current or previous roles may include catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager, or independent business manager.
* Ability to drive and support your district during training.
What will you be doing?
* During the 6-month training, you'll develop into a Head Chef capable of:
* Training and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality food.
* Driving sales and guest satisfaction to smash targets.
* Managing food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
* Ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.
