Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour & Inclusion Leadership Scale)
Full time. Start Date: September 2026. Salary: Starting from £75,920 (Group 6 – United Learning Leadership Scale Group 6).
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Deputy Headteacher to further improve our school.
* Strategically develop and lead our Pastoral structure, including inclusion, attendance, behaviour standards and an 'Education with Character'.
* Support the sustained improvement of student outcomes and overall school performance.
Candidate Profile
* A highly effective classroom practitioner with a history of raising student outcomes.
* An experienced and highly effective Senior Leader, with an excellent track record of impact.
