Job Description
* Managing purchase ledger accounts effectively and efficiently.
* Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
* Preparing BACS payments and processing remittances.
* Managing petty cash transactions and recording them in a timely manner.
* Liaising with suppliers and resolving any potential invoice queries.
* Assisting with month-end reporting and providing support to the finance team.
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
