The Essentials
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Location: Fenchurch Street (Static Site)
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 3 (Includes a £100 standby allowance)
Overtime: Plenty of guaranteed OT available to significantly boost your earnings.
What You'll Be Doing
As the onsite Electrician, you'll be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate. From lighting installs and power distribution to emergency light testing and fault finding, you'll be the go-to technical expert on the ground.
What You'll Need
Level 3 Qualification: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
18th Edition: Up-to-date wiring regulations.
Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance or installation.
Reliability: Since this is a static role, we need someone punctual with a professional "can-do" attitude for our clients.
