A client focusing on the energy and environmental sector is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to come on board to lead the company through its upcoming growth. The organisation is undergoing an exciting stage of transition and, as a result, is seeking a leader to bring strong business knowledge and effective people management skills.
Role Responsibilities
* Set and drive organizational goals and performance benchmarks
* Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals
* Coordinate with department heads
* Approve budgets and financial plans in collaboration
* Monitor financial performance and ensure sustainable profitability and growth
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive leadership role (10+ years ideally)
* Strong background in the Energy, Transport, or Net-Zero sectors and vast knowledge of the space
* Ability to secure large amounts of revenue annually
* A Master of Business Administration equivalent qualification
* Demonstrable delivery of business development and sales success
