We’re working with a well-established domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their Camberley branch. This provider operates four successful branches and offers the best of both worlds – a family feel with big-business support and resources.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
* Overseeing the safe and effective delivery of 500 care hours per week
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and internal quality standards
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting the office and care teams
* Working closely with HR, compliance, and recruitment departments
* Participating in a shared and paid on-call rota across all branches
Registered Manager Requirements:
* Experience managing or supervising within domiciliary care
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Driver with access to a vehicle
* Salary up to £40,000 plus performance-related bonus
* Paid on-call shared across 4 offices
* Full support from in-house HR, compliance, and recruitment teams
