As part of the TÜV family, TÜV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) are recruiting for a Software Engineer for a 12 month contract based in our Warrington office.
As a Software Engineer you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining software systems. The role requires a balance of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Job Description
1. ■Lead or participate in the development of scalable and robust software solutions.
2. ■Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. ■Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
4. ■Analyse user needs and system requirements to identify solutions.
5. ■Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively in a timely manner.
6. ■Mentor junior team members and support the team with technical guidance.
7. ■Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
8. ■Continuously improve processes and optimize software performance.
9. ■Manage support calls providing a quality service to all customers
