This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, working rotating shifts between 7.30am–4.30pm, 8am–5pm, and 9.30am–6.30pm, giving a balanced and structured work pattern throughout the week. We welcome applications from a minimum Level 3 qualified practitioner, and we offer pay up to £30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS.
* Support the holistic development of children aged 0–5.

* Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and learning records.
* Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times as a committed Early Years Practitioner.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
