Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company is recruiting a Marketing Manager, to join our Marketing & Communications team based in Didsbury, Manchester. As a key member of a close-knit team, the Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, elevate brand presence and strengthen client engagement. The role is key to aligning marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring the delivery to high quality campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. While the position is primarily based in Manchester, occasional travel to regional offices and project sites will be required. What you will deliver? * Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to support business growth in the science and technology sectors * Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting, design collaboration and multi-channel delivery within set timelines * Strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement by creating compelling content for the company website and social media platforms * Support and co-ordinate company participation in events and webinars, managing logistics, promotional materials and lead generation strategies along with pre and post event outreach * Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly across sales and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration * Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, identity new opportunities and improve processes What can we offer you?
