Conveyancing Paralegal – London

We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable and long-standing law firm in London that is looking to recruit a driven and meticulous Conveyancing Paralegal to join its expanding Residential Property team.
The Role:
In this position, you will assist fee earners in managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Preparing legal documentation and professional correspondence
* Carrying out property searches and handling Land Registry submissions
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
* Keeping case files up to date and accurately maintained
* Assisting fee earners while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Requirements:
* At least 1 year’s experience in a conveyancing or property-related role
* Solid knowledge of the conveyancing process
* High level of accuracy and strong organisational ability
* Professional and confident communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload independently
* Familiarity with case management systems
Desirable:
* Law degree or LPC qualification
* Experience managing files from instruction through to completion
