(referred to internally as 'Value Stream Shift Manager')
£50,020 salary
Shift details: Late shift 2.00 pm - 10.30 pm Monday - Thursday and 12.00 pm - 8.30 pm Fridays.
We operate across a 9-day fortnight pattern, which means you'll have every other Friday off!

The Role
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production shift, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The Shift Manager is responsible for team performance, engagement, and compliance, acting as the key point of contact for operational issues during their shift.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Direct line management of the shopfloor team.
2. Participate and encourage the use of recognition schemes.
3. Management of team attendance relating to overtime, holiday approvals, welfare checks, return to work (RTW) interviews and any consequent absence reviews....
