Sales Order Coordinator

Our client is a leading provider in sustainable erosion control and environmental solutions and working across departments, you will ensure smooth order processing, effective communication, and excellent service delivery.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
1. Overseeing the full order process, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
2. Communicating delivery schedules with customers and keeping them updated
3. Raising proforma invoices and arranging payments via WorldPay
4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring orders are correctly filed
5. Supporting logistics and ensuring deliveries are coordinated efficiently
6. Assisting the accounts team with PODs and stock notifications
7. Updating our CRM system with order progress
8. Managing supplier records and ensuring checks are completed
9. Creating and sending CPD certificates for seminar attendees
10. Assisting sales with quotations and providing back-up when the team is out of office
11. Sending out product information, samples, literature, and handling post
12. Monitoring and ordering office stationery
13. Answering calls and providing general office support
14. Contributing ideas and initiatives to help grow our business

Skills and experience required for the Sales Order Coordinator:
15. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
16. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
17. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
18. Strong administrative and organisational skills
19. Strong attention to detail
WR13 (Office based - Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm)
Our client is going to be based on the outskirts of Malvern but currently they are based in Evesham and so it will be necessary to commute until the final office move (hopefully Sept / Oct)
