Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with a Building Services background to design lighting, power, fire and security systems for commercial buildings. The role involves setting out drawings for BIM, preparing complex calculations, and overseeing projects from design through to practical completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Design lighting, power, fire and security systems for commercial buildings.
* Set out drawings and designs for the BIM team.
* Produce and understand complex electrical design calculations.
* Work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience
* Electrical Design Engineer with a Building Services background.
* Experience in electrical design for high-profile commercial buildings, schools, prisons and hospitals.
* Proficiency in Revit and Amtech software.
* Strong understanding of BIM processes.
