Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create a positive member experience through superior customer service and cleanliness.
2. Greet members and guests warmly.
3. Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
4. Sign up guests for memberships and schedule Personal Training orientations.
5. Assist with billing questions and member concerns.
6. Help maintain cleanliness by assisting housekeeping, refilling supplies, and ensuring all areas are stocked.
7. Manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars; merchandise and stock the cooler.
Qualifications
* High school diploma preferred.
* Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
