Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Office/Telephone Post. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable managing a variety of office responsibilities. You will need strong telephone skills as you will be dealing with the public. Computer skills required as inputting required. Part time: 09.00 - 14.30 - 4 days per week. Hours could be slightly adjusted to suit school times. £268.62 per week Possibility to extend hours if required. Responsibilities * Answer incoming telephone calls * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain accurate records of calls and correspondence * Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation * Support team members with administrative duties as required * Ensure the office environment is organised and welcoming for visitors Experience * Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential * Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must * Proficiency in using standard office software * Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment * A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and clients This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the overall success of our organisation
