Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Budgewoi! We are located on the picturesque Central Coast. We are a vibrant 46-place centre made up of 3 separate rooms, from our Nursery, to Toddlers, and onto our Pre-School room. Each room is unique and different to cater for all our children’s needs from birth to 5 years. Our educators are a dedicated, passionate, and caring team who thrive on building strong, trusting relationships with families and children. We have an amazing outdoor environment, complete with our own vegetable garden and worm farm. Each room offers the Lifelong Learning Approach designed to promote and encourage learning and development in all areas. Milestones Budgewoi enjoys community events, and we love to showcase our Centre through planned events such as Easter Hat Parade, Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea, and Christmas party. If you’re inspired by the opportunity to guide little people on their early learning journey, we want to meet you. You will:
* Support our educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
* Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
* Able to build a strong rapport with our families and educators.
* Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.
About you:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
* Have a current Working with Children’s Check.
* A passion to develop our little learners.
