Key Responsibilities Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally Operate the till and handle cash/card payments accurately Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area Check customer age identification in line with Challenge 25 policy Set up and break down the bar area before and after the event Wash glassware and manage basic bar stock during service Adhere to all licensing, health & safety, and club policies Provide friendly customer service to players, members, and spectators Skills & Experience Required Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential) Confident communication and customer service skills Ability to work quickly in a busy, high-energy environment Basic cash handling and POS experience Good teamwork and reliability Awareness of alcohol licensing laws Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
