You will be responsible for delivering the required service levels reporting into the Mobile Services Delivery ManagerYour main responsibilities include the effective management of a team of officers to achieve the highest standards of service and safetyBy proactively motivating the team, you will provide guidance and encouragement to ensure that they achieve planned targets and deadlinesYou will play a key role in the continual improvement of process/ methods of operating proceduresYou will be responsible for legislative compliance for all driver related Health & Safety issues and equipmentCompletion of shift report, including tracking of KPI’s of; Delivery on Time, Delivery Success and other customer associated KPI’sInternal and external stakeholder communication, including meeting customers, conveying facts and ideas in a clear and articulated mannerWhat will you bring?
