We are currently looking for a Support Driver to assist with delivery and collection of boards, barriers and van stock to operational sites across South England.
I help to keep people safe and warm by…
1. Carrying out deliveries of NRSWA compliant equipment to sites in a timely manner and ensuring site clearance is complete to mitigate the risk of penalty charge from local authorities
2. Delivering materials to teams working on site
3. Co-ordinating store duties and taking deliveries.
What you’ll need
4. Good communication skills, including the ability to converse with members of the public
5. You will be expected to be flexible and to work variable hours participating in a standby rota
6. Some experience or aptitude in the use of smart phones/tablets would be an advantage
7. A full UK license is required
8. Accreditation for towing trailers and up to preferred but not essential
9. Some knowledge of the gas industry would be an advantage
10. NRSWA tickets units 1 and 2 and a drivers CPC qualification card would be an advantage
11. Willingness to work some weekends as required by the business
12. Telehandler and forklift licence; preferred but not essential.
