Salary: £86 – £100 per day (Depending on experience)

Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking to support young children in their crucial first stages of education in Rotherham?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to work within nursery and early years settings across Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification, who is passionate about creating engaging and supportive learning environments for children in their early development.
Key Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:
* Provide care and learning support to children in nursery and early years settings.
* Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote development.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and physical growth.
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner role:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (essential).
* Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
* A warm, caring, and patient approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
