About the Role
We’re looking for a Network Operations Manager – Frozen to lead our Frozen Demand Planning team. You’ll ensure stock availability and operational performance across our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) and 3PL partners, driving excellence and sustainable growth in the Frozen category. You’ll be accountable for key supply chain KPIs including customer availability, fulfilment, stock holding, and purge management, while supporting strategy and stakeholder management across the network.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of Demand Planners aligned to Frozen category strategy.
* Deliver supply chain performance metrics: Customer ATP, Fulfilment, Stock Holding, Purge.
* Oversee operational planning for seasonal events, promotions, and inbound/outbound stock coordination.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with trading teams, 3PL providers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to cross-functional projects.
About You
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a KPI-driven environment.
* Strong analytical and operational expertise; confident interpreting complex data.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and external partners.
* Solid understanding of supply chain operations, budgeting, and 3PL management.
* Confident managing projects independently and representing your team to senior stakeholders.
