 3. Deliver accurate monthly reporting and compliance
 4. Support business planning cycles across manufacturing and supply chain
 5. Lead cost-per-unit analysis to drive efficiency and strategic planning
 6. Manage forecasting and budget submissions across functions
 7. Monitor fixed costs, drivers, and critical activities
 8. Partner with supply chain
 9. Support capital requests with financial models and business cases
 10. Provide financial advice on projects and business improvement initiatives
 11. Support working capital and cash management
 12. Address performance deviations and ensure accountability
 13. Challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and build financial awareness
 14. Evaluate and manage business unit financial performance
 15. Support enterprise risk management and resolve audit findings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
 16. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
 17. Proven experience in a finance-focused role within a manufacturing environment
 18. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
 19. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
 20. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
 21. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
 22. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
