Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to become part of the team at Lowerhouse Junior School. Lowerhouse Junior School is a great school with happy children and happy staff. The area we serve is mixed and vibrant and our families are supportive of their children. Our staff team is hardworking, committed and friendly. The Governors of Lowerhouse Junior School are looking to appoint a Senior Family Support Worker and applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for this post. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting staff, ensuring that school procedures are effectively implemented, and that all interventions and support activities are accurately recorded. You will provide guidance on cases, provide CPD to develop staff skills, and support the allocation of key work and monitoring of action plans for children with SEND.
