Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices in Accrington, is now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing department.

* Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own full and varied caseload of residential transactions, both sale and purchase
* Provide clear and accurate advice to clients and liaise with concerned parties
* Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
* Supervise junior team members
Qualifications
* Experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
* Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis
* Detail oriented with experience of case management systems
* Strong and confident communicator and a team player with a positive approach
* Confident in managing your own caseload
