Inclusive consulting are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business whos products are supplied to multiple sectors including nuclear, defence and oil and gas. Due to a period of sustained growth they are seeking a Level 2 NDT Technician to join their ever-growing team. Reporting to the NDT Manager, you will be responsible for aspects of non-destructive testing including ultrasonic, dye-penetrant, magnetic particle inspection however there will be a strong focus on ultrasonic testing. This role is bas ed on a 4-day working week (Monday Thursday 6.30 - 4.30) wit h addition al shifts available that are paid at a highly competitive overtime rate. Key responsibilities of the role; Hands-on NDT with a strong focus on Ultrasonic however experience in Die penetrant and magnetic particle inspection / testing is beneficial Hands-on visual inspection. Hands-on dimensional inspection. Key requirements for the role; Experience in a similar work environment. Excellent working knowledge of technical documentation, positive material identification and final dimensional inspection. Flexible, pro-active and self-motivated approach to work. Excellent communication and liaison skills. PCN Level 2 Ultrasonic Qualification.
