Group Procurement Manager
Manchester Hybrid Up to £85,000 + package
An established and growing regulated business is looking to appoint a Group Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across the organisation and drive a more strategic, value-focused approach to supplier management.
This is a key role with strong visibility across the business, responsible for managing critical supplier relationships, delivering commercial value, and supporting continued growth through effective procurement leadership.
The role
Lead procurement activity across multiple spend areas including technology, professional services and operational services
Manage strategic sourcing initiatives and complex supplier negotiations
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and drive commercial value from the supply base
Implement best-practice procurement processes, governance and contract management
About you
Strong procurement experience within a regulated or complex business environment
Track record of leading strategic sourcing activity and supplier negotiations
Experience managing key supplier relationships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Able to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
