PA Wanted to Support an Active, Friendly Individual Ref: DP7083 Location: Worthing Details This role is to support a Man Drivers licence required: Yes Own vehicle needed: Yes Hours per week: 12 hours per week Hourly pay rate: £13 per hour - We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support a kind-hearted man in his 40s who has a mild learning difficulty, is on the autistic spectrum, and has ADHD. He also manages epilepsy, diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnoea, and other health conditions, so someone with patience, understanding, and attentiveness is essential. This role is about much more than practical support—it’s about companionship, helping him navigate daily life, and encouraging him to engage with the community while supporting his mental health and wellbeing. You will assist with appointments, medication reminders, ordering supplies, and helping him process and remember important information. He is an animal lover with a particular passion for reptiles, enjoys 3D printing, fishing, and going to the gym, and is looking for someone to share in these interests. Ideally, he would like a male PA around his age who can drive and understands the importance of consistency, kindness, and empathy in supporting someone with complex needs. We are a friendly, caring household seeking someone who is genuinely committed to making a difference and building a trusting, supportive relationship.
