We have opportunities to join our Children Looked After Teams based in Reigate. When not working with residents in the community, we support flexible working with a combination of home and office work. We aim to balance flexibility with team connection.
The salary range for Social Workers is £40,929 - £43,735 per annum. We also offer a financial package of up to £6,000, payable in 3 installments over your first 18 months.

About the Role:
As a member of the Children Looked After Team, you'll support children living with relatives, foster families, or in children's homes. Your responsibilities include building relationships, planning for permanence, ensuring safety, and supporting independence. You will conduct visits, assessments, review Care Plans, and may prepare reports or attend court.
You will receive supervision and support from mental health-focused colleagues, working alongside other professionals and partner organizations.
Support and Development:
You will be part of a supportive team with high-quality supervision, and have access to Surrey Children's Service Academy's courses and bespoke learning programs, including modules like motivational interviewing and respect courses.
