What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the classroom teacher
Managing behaviour and maintaining a calm, purposeful classroom environment
Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging positive engagement
Working with school staff to support student progress and wellbeing
Gaining practical classroom experience across a range of subjects
We're Looking For:
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, support work)
Confident communicators who can lead a classroom and manage behaviour effectively
Proactive, adaptable team players with a genuine interest in education
People considering a career in teaching or applying for PGCE/SCITT routes in the future
Reliable and professional individuals ready to make a positive difference in schools
