You will act as an ambassador for the town, promoting Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas as a destination for tourism. The working pattern will be three days in seven to include weekend working on a rotational basis. Excellent customer service skills are essential as the successful candidate will need to demonstrate these skills at all times in response to enquiries from visitors, residents and businesses. You will join a hard-working and flexible team and be given full training in all aspects of the services we deliver. It is a demanding yet rewarding role for someone who enjoys working part of a very busy team and is able to work under pressure.
