OLG Recruitment are looking for a Talent Management Assessment Specialist for our client based in Hersham, this role can be fully office based or hybrid/remote working. This is a contract position for 12 months working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
High-level Tasks:
Design High Potential assessment as part of Talent Management and Leadership Development processes
Develop project plan for High-Potential identification and assessment, implement as part of the annual HR processes

Manage Third-Party vendor relationship
Design User interface in Third-Party Platform and Company HR Information System
Manage Data flow and reporting capabilities, support Governance for Assessment processes
Link Assessment to Mentoring topics
Requirements:
Psychological background- MA in Psychology, Statistics or Data management, or HR
Desired: Work experience at a psychological assessment company, or in-house role
Previous work experience in the development and design of psychological assessments at a company, or in-house (eg. SHL, DDI), reporting on data, process development.
Excellent command of English language, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, good presentation skills.
Systems: SHL interface, and Workday.
Experience in:
Needed: Implementing Third-party Assessments utilized for employee selection, high potential development, leadership development
