The role involves delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across Animal Management programmes, planning and delivering lessons, assessing learner progress, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning culture.
Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring Animal Management lessons across FE levels
* Plan, assess and track learner progress in line with awarding body requirements
* Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management
* Support learners’ academic and personal development
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a qualification in Animal Management or a related discipline
* Teaching qualification
* Experience working with animals in an educational or industry setting
* Strong communication skills and a learner-centred approach
* Passion for education and developing future professionals
