GP Retainer 4 Sessions
Crewe Medical Centre is a friendly and fast paced GP surgery. We care for a practice population of approximately 11,000 within a purpose built Health Centre which has great facilities including on-site parking.
An opportunity has arisen for a GP Retainer to join our supportive and friendly team. We are looking for an individual that will complement our existing team and who further enhances our resilience to continue to deliver high quality, patient cantered care.
The Scot GP Retain and Sustain Scheme provides a safe and protected environment to maintain GPs skills and support GPs to thrive in General Practice with mentorship and peer support.
We are ideally looking for 4 sessions per week to start as soon as possible, however we would be willing to wait for the right person. Ideally the working days would be a Monday and a Friday.
We support a sustainable and supported working day:
1. Daily GP Coffee huddles for case discussion and peer support.
2. Workflow optimisation system in place to minimise Docman burden.
3. In-house Pharmacist and Technician support.
4. Multi-disciplinary team including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANP, Practice Nurses, HCA, Health Visitors, APP and Mental Health Nurse.
5. We are also a GP Training practice who host GP trainees and Medical Students.
6. A Golden Hello payment may be available with this post.
Qualifications and requirements:-
7. Registered GP & with the GMC, be on the NHS Performers list.
8. Scot GP Retain & Sustain Scheme inclusion, we would welcome applicants already approved as well as new applicants or soon be qualified.
