We are expanding and hiring full-time Component Prep (Production) Operators for the following shifts:
* Afternoons
* Nights
Responsibilities
As a Component Prep Operator, you will:
* Follow SOPs for component preparation, inspect and label filled cartridges, and perform line clearance and cleaning.
* Maintain Inspection Certification, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and uphold safety guidelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency, report equipment issues, and complete necessary documentation like Batch Records and logbooks.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* 1 year of manufacturing experience (packaging, labeling, machine operation)
* Experience in regulated environments (food, cosmetics, pharma) is a plus
* High school diploma
* Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Attention to detail and good personal hygiene
* Comfortable with PPE (masks, safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, gowns)
* Positive work history with good attendance
