Technical Manager – Privately-Owned House Builder (Newbury)
We are representing a highly reputable, privately-owned house builder based in Newbury, renowned for delivering quality homes across the region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Manager to join their team.
The Role:
* Oversee and manage all technical aspects of two residential developments (approx. 50 units each) within the local area.
* Coordinate and liaise with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Manage technical drawings, site logistics, and planning requirements.
* Work closely with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to resolve any design or construction challenges.
1. The Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Technical Manager (or a Senior Technical Coordinator ready to step up) within residential housebuilding.
* Strong understanding of building regulations, planning, and construction processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
