What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Recruitment Account Manager
Managing and developing long-term client relationships to understand requirements and deliver reliable staffing solutions
Maintaining regular, proactive contact with contractors to track availability, performance, and future demand
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary staff to meet client needs accurately and efficiently
Taking detailed job briefs and managing the full candidate process in line with internal procedures
Running structured client and contractor call rounds, identifying risks, movement, and opportunities
Keeping records accurate and compliant while managing your own desk, diary, and workload
What you’ll bring to the table as a Recruitment Account Manager
Previous experience managing client and candidate relationships in a recruitment or staffing environment
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
Experience advertising roles and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Working knowledge of compliance, documentation, and end-to-end recruitment processes
